We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance, especially during peak season (October – April). That said, we can often arrange tours with 24–48 hours notice — just WhatsApp us.
Yes — all TUT Travels tours are private by default. You get your own vehicle, your own licensed guide and complete flexibility on timing. We also offer group options on select tours.
We can arrange domestic Egypt transfers and recommend trusted hotels in Aswan, Luxor and Cairo. International flights are typically booked independently, but we're happy to advise.
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your tour. For Nile Cruise packages the cancellation window is 7 days. Contact us via WhatsApp for any changes and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
All TUT guides are fluent in English. We also have French, German and Arabic-speaking guides available on request — just mention your preferred language when booking.
We accept cash (USD, EUR, EGP) on the day of the tour. For Nile Cruise packages we require a deposit via bank transfer or Paymob. We'll discuss payment details once your booking is confirmed.
